Job Description

The Sr. Evaluation Engineer is responsible for technical engineering, reserve analysis, business planning, performance monitoring, and opportunity evaluation and exploitation associated with managing the performance and growth of the upstream assets. Provide reservoir engineering support and economic evaluation for new business development opportunitiesProvide reservoir engineering support and economic evaluations for current portfolio of oil and gas assetsDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with Operating PartnersEvaluate oil and gas reservoir performance and depletion strategiesAnalyze actual field data and recommend new projects for increasing valuePerform reserve evaluations estimating reserves and recoveries.Steward business results and make recommendations to increase asset valueIdentify value creation opportunities and implement projects to exploit these venturesPursue opportunities realized through drilling, re-completion, artificial lift and mechanical improvementsPreparation and routine updating of business plans, reserve estimates and budgetsSource new business development opportunitiesBachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience.Minimum 15 years of current Oil & Gas Reservoir Engineering experience that has included EconomicsEvaluation and have a good understanding of Well OperationsSpecific software expertise: economic evaluation package (AIRES, Phd Win) and public production dataExceptional PC and Analytical skills including Excel, Word, etc.Ability to pay attention to detail.Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees within an organization.Comfortable working in a high-energy and fast paced environmentAbility to manage multiple projects at the same time and without supervision
